“ Uber Order - Amazing food and bubble tea. Ordered full meat chicken shawarma. It was creamy and spicy. So good, absolutely perfect. Ordered full meat beef shawarma. Also creamy and full of taste, mild/no spice, quality pieces of beef, just perfect. Chicken if you want spicy, beef if you want no spice. I loved both and the spice of the chicken was perfect. They are packed full of meat but not that big for the price. You might need 2 shawarma’s if you want to feel satisfied, which is expensive unless you have a small appetite. Both Shawarmas were not hot in temperature either. They were barely warm. The chips were great quality also but can’t say for sure how good they were as they were cold. They were also a small size portion which was unimpressive for the price (McDonalds Fries size bag). Usually when you go for a shawarma or a kebab you get a nice big portion of fries. So that was disappointing. Bubble Tea is also the best I have had in a long while, it’s also creamy, fresh, great quality. The bubble tea had ice in it but it was warm lol. Cold food and warm drinks. Interesting! Maybe our food was sitting around for a long time before it reached us as they were 30 minutes later than the initial time given by Uber. The order also cost approx £9 more ordering online. Due to my Uber membership it was only £6 more which is still hefty for what you get. Especially considering it took 1 hour to be delivered when the app said it would take 15-35 minutes. Was not impressed. Paid £27 for just 2 shawarma, 1 bubble tea and 1 small bag of chips. Unfortunately we couldn’t order another drink or another portion of chips because the pricing is so high it would have took us closer to £40. Looking at their menu the order would have been closer to £20 on the high street. They threw a free 7up in the bag which was a nice touch. The chips were part of a meal but you don’t get a drink on the app. Maybe this is in error so they gave a free can of 7up? To conclude, I recommend only going in person, don’t order online unless you want cold overpriced food and long waiting times. Waited 1 hour in total and we nearly cancelled. You can’t track your meal either as they don’t use Uber drivers, they use the app but deliver it themselves. So this means we can’t fault Uber for the cold food, the actual restaurant let it get cold. The only reason we waited so long is because we anticipated the food to be good and the portions to be worth the price. We were not satisfied after our meal unfortunately because of the tiny portions. Won’t be ordering online again unless the prices are lowered and the portions are bigger. Will go in person that way the food will be hot and prices a bit lower. Keep up the amazing tasting food and quality bubble tea though, definitely a welcome addition to Biggleswade. ”
